Shipping policy

Many of our products are Print-On-Demand (POD) items, and therefore some orders can take 3-6 days to process before shipping. Most of our products ship from within the USA, but some items ship from abroad. 

Tracking numbers are provided via email when possible.

In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing which we cannot control.

WURMgroup does not collect VAT, Duties, and/or additional Taxes or Fees for International Orders during checkout. If such charges are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's import duties and taxes. WURMgroup is not responsible for refunding your purchase if you refuse to pay those charges.
