Refund policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange with proof of purchase for 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

 

Return Details

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.

Please note that if your original order included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional gift is not returned, we will refund the amount minus the value of the gift.

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded or returned.

CDs and Vinyl can only be returned if defective.

 

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  For expensive items we recommend an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

Return Process Guide

1. To start your return, please email us HERE.
2. Include your name, order number, and e-mail address you used to place the order.
3. State the reason for your return/exchange/refund.
4. Wait for approval. Once approved we will send you an email with your RA (Return Authorization) number and your order number. We manually approve/deny RA requests. Please submit only one RA request per item you wish to return. Duplicates will be denied. Please allow one business day for us to approve your RA request.
5. Print out the e-mail, or write the RA and order numbers on a sheet of paper and ship it back with your return. If you requested an exchange, write down the item you want in exchange, and it's size. You can use the order details paper that came with the shipment, if you wish. Please note that without the RA and order numbers, we cannot identify or process your return.

7. After the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Please allow 3 to 7 business days, or 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 
Exchanges: After we receive the item and process your exchange, we will ship out the replacement. The tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address the day it ships.

Please note that RA Requests open for more than 6 weeks will automatically be closed.
